Healthy Antioxidant Soup

Care for a good healthy soup?

Pumpkin has a good source of Vitamin E and antioxidant, good for our body immune system.
I simply love this soup...yum yum!

It is simple to make and taste real good's rich and creamy to taste.

Do you like pumpkin? Why not give a try and the kids would just love it...... To get the savoury sweet creamy taste, just add a teaspoon of sweet condensed milk on top, just like in the photo..........

What do you require?

1 medium size pumpkin - serve 4
1 thumbsize ginger - pound to extract juice
salt - to taste, a little sugar if no milk is added

1 tsp sweet condensed milk - optional when serve

What is next?

1. Cut pumpkin into 4 pieces and steam for 20 minutes or till soften
2. Peel off the skin and cut into small pieces
3. Blend with a little water till it is completely mashed
4. Boil the mashed pumpkin with 1.5 litre water, add ginger juice, salt over low fire
5. Stir well and bring to boil

Soup is ready, to get the creamy taste, add 1 teaspoon sweet condensed milk..... Voila!
