According to my mother and late grandmother, this is a very nutritious soup as the "red skin beans" has plentiful of nutrients that helps to strengthen our backbones....hahaha...my nephew-pharmacist would be asking - any scientific proof? Oops...if you are reading in KW, sori! Anyway, we have been drinking this great soup since small and ahem..so far so good, guess it works..who knows, hahaha! No harm trying. Well, just in case you see this red skin bean in the local market, do give a try. The beans taste good when cooked with chicken and garlic and its very aromatic... good to try!
