Spicy Pan Noodle

Wow...look at this bowl of dried style wheat noodle or dried Pan Mee, it is so delicious and "versatile" - can eat it as non spicy or turn it into a spicy bowl of noodle within seconds. Hmmm... Yum! Yum!

The noodle is blanched and mixed with 1 Tbs shallots oil to keep it moist and to give an added flavour to the noodle. The toppings are 1 half boiled egg, meatballs or other choices like fried anchovies and meat plus some greens, in this case, I have used dried japanese-spinach and chopped spring onions. Simple to make and good to eat!

To give a spicy taste to the dried pan noodle, just add 1 Tbs of this Crispy Prawns Chilly, obtainable from hypermarket or grocery store

This is a bowl of SPICY PAN NOODLE....wow! Yummy!
