All you need :
- a packet of vegetarian mutton
- half boiled potatoes - cut into cubes
- 2 tomatoes - cut into wedges
- 1/4 piece of cabbage - blanched till soft and blend
- 4 Tbs curry powder for meat
- 2 sprig of curry leaves
- 100 ml milk
1. Lightly pan fried the vegetarian mutton in oil - set aside
2. Mix the curry powder with the blended cabbage
3. Heat the wok with a little oil and saute the curry powder mixture and the curry leaves till aromatic
4. Add in the milk, half boiled potato, salt to taste and allow it to simmer till potato soften
5. Add in the fried vegetarian mutton and stir well into the mixture, add the tomatoes
6. Ready to serve
