All you need:
- a packet of vegetable nuggets
- 3 sprigs of curry leaves
- 2 Tbs butter
- 1 Tbs dark soy sauce
- 4 Tbs evaporated milk
- 4 pips of chopped garlic
Simple Process :
1. Lightly pan fried the vegetable nuggets till golden brown, set aside
2. Melt the butter in the pan and saute the garlic and curry leaves till aromatic
3. Add in the dark soy sauce, evaporated milk and stir in the pan fried vegetable nuggets till it is well coated with the sauce.
4. Once the sauce has thickens, dish out and serve out with warm rice.
