All you need :
- 2 pieces of stingray cutlets - cut into small pieces
- 4 dried chilly
- 1 big onion - cut into wedges
- 1 Tbs oyster sauce
- 2 tsp dark soy sauce
1. Heat the wok with a little oil and saute the dried chilly together with the onion till aromatic
2. Add in the fish and stir fry for 3 minutes, add in the oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, 3 Tbs water
3. Mix well and allow it to simmer over low heat
4. Allow it to simmer till gravy has thickens
5. Ready to serve
